Overview

This website is operated by Pheasant & Plum Works. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pheasant & Plum Works.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our Products

Our artwork is created and prepared with care in our Shropshire studio. Many of our designs can be personalised with names, wording, dates or other details supplied by you.

Colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished printed artwork due to differences in screens, printing and materials.

Product photographs are intended to give the best possible representation of our designs, frames and finishes, but minor variations may occur.

Personalised Orders

Please take care when entering your personalisation details and check names, dates, spelling and wording before submitting your order.

Where a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to check all details carefully before approving it for printing.

Once a personalised order has been approved and/or entered production, we may be unable to make further changes.

We reserve the right to contact you if we need clarification about the information supplied with your order.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Prices, products and availability may occasionally change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown when your order is placed.

Payment must be successfully completed before we begin creating or dispatching your order.

Delivery

Our estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide. As many of our pieces are created to order, please allow the stated production time before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, occasional delays may occur which are outside our control. If you are concerned about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and correct.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital or downloadable products are supplied for personal use only unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Once a personalised digital product has been created and supplied, cancellation or refund rights may be limited in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Digital files must not be resold, redistributed, shared commercially or used to create products for resale without our written permission.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, text, branding and other creative content appearing on this website remain the property of Pheasant & Plum Works unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing one of our products does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, altered, resold, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, misuse, fraudulent activity or another legitimate reason for doing so. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate. Occasionally an error may occur.

If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to explain the situation and discuss the available options.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Pheasant & Plum Works will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only use the information you provide as necessary to process your order, provide our services and communicate with you, together with any other uses described in our Privacy Policy.
