Returns & Refunds

Every Pheasant & Plum Works piece is created especially for you, with personalised details added to your chosen design before it is printed and carefully prepared here in our Shropshire studio.

Because our personalised and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each customer, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after your order has been made.

We do, however, want you to be completely happy with your order. If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or there has been a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll be very happy to help and put things right.

Where possible, please include your order number and a photograph showing the problem so that we can help you quickly.
