Shipping Policy

Every Pheasant & Plum Works order is created and carefully prepared here in our Shropshire studio.

Production Time

Our usual production time is 2–3 working days before dispatch. As each piece is made to order, production times may be a little longer during particularly busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas.

We’ll always keep the current estimated production time shown on our website up to date, so you’ll know what to expect when placing your order.

UK Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48
Please allow approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Please allow approximately 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Please remember that delivery times are in addition to our production time.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and, although most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can happen once a parcel has left our studio.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@pheasantandplum.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it for you.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please don’t worry. Get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you check its progress.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging every order. If your artwork is unfortunately damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photograph of the packaging and the damaged item, and we’ll help put things right.
